VEEM.Legal has a complaints procedure.
The complaints procedure describes the internal complaints procedure. This procedure means that you can make your complaint (s) known to the complaints officer. The complaints officer is the person charged by VEEM.Legal with handling the complaint. If the handling of the complaint does not lead to satisfaction, the dispute can be submitted elsewhere. The office complaints procedure indicates where that happens.
