General terms and conditions

VEEM.Legal's services are subject to general terms and conditions. 

When you give an assignment, VEEM.Legal (and not an individual lawyer) is the contracting party. You can read how VEEM.Legal works for you in these conditions. They apply to every agreement that VEEM.Legal concludes with you and everything that VEEM.Legal does for you. They also apply to non-contractual obligations, including tort. Any other conditions, such as those of your own organisation, do not apply. When you give an assignment, VEEM.Legal will send you a confirmation (with information about for example rates, invoicing, payment et cetera). VEEM.Legal will also send you the general terms and conditions.
